The photos on Expedia etc are of the marina across the road, the great view. It looks shabby, not chic. Rooms badly need a freshen up with paint, new carpet & a bathroom update. The linen was good quality & bed was good. Good location is its selling point. Not really good value for what it is.

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, bedding clean, aircon good and pretty quiet. Good price for the location It is need of a spruce up The carpet was very shabby, curtains not on hooks, dirty marks on the walls and skirting boards. No bath mat or hair dryer.

If I could give it a 0 I would, it is the worst accomodation I have ever stayed in, it was dirty, old, the floor was sticky and it smelt and no hair dryer! Such a disappointing stay!
