All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.

To help keep our prices as low as possible, we make up the beds according to the number of guests booked.

1-2 guests > 1 queen bed
3-4 guests > 2 queen beds
5-6 guests > 2 queen beds + inflatable euro bed set up in the living room

If you require extra bedding, there is an extra fee to cover the cost of linen.
