Situated in the sought-after Glenelg area, you'll have access to an array of amenities, including shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, and parks. The beach is just a short stroll away, allowing you to embrace the coastal lifestyle.

This modern apartment offers a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. Please note the 2 bathrooms only have bathtubs and sinks and there is only 1 separate toilet. It also has a courtyard, a perfect spot to lounge and enjoy a breath of fresh air.

Say goodbye to the hassle of searching for parking and rest easy having your own spot waiting for you as this property has a garage that can fit 1 car and another car can also fit on the driveway.

Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to impeccable standard.

You will be asked to agree to a standard terms and conditions form upon booking. We are unable to list it directly here. You may be asked to provide your ID and proof of payment before check-in. Should you have any issues with the T&Cs you may cancel immediately free of charge.

We offer free cleaning of the property (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.

All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after a full inspection of the property upon checkout. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items, and no excessive cleaning is required.

To help keep our prices as low as possible, we make up the beds according to the number of guests booked.

1-2 guests > 1 queen bed
3-4 guests > 1 queen bed + 1 double bed

If you require extra bedding, there is a small fee to cover the cost of linen ($10).

Whilst inside was fine. Outside was dirty and not usesble. No hand soap in pump dispenser main bath Second bedroom light didn't always work. Coffee pod machine available but no pods. Location fantastic.
