“Love the location of this hotel. It’s up a hill with breathtaking views. In the heart of lake placid. It’s my second time staying there and it won’t be my last !!”
“Room was excellent. Pool area was excellent and super convenient to utilize, hot tubs were wonderful. Breakfast was great, all the food was superb and very convenient. The staff is excellent, can't say enough about the property and the staff. We will most definitely be back.”
“The hallway carpets need cleaning - stains everywhere. Vending machine on our flour was out of service. Orange juice at breakfast was warm. The room was adequate but not spectacular. Staff was excellent.”
