"The breakfast setup was great, all basis covered! The coffee pot in the room was trouble, followed instructions three times before it worked, but the coffee at the breakfast nook was the best!!!"

"The check in clerk was AMAZING and very apologetic and accommodating. The house keeping staff however are NOT doing their job!! Our first room wasn't even cleaned at all. Lights on, tv on, bed unmade, towels in the bathtub. Went back and again, the check in clerk was very nice and gave us a new room. This room however obviously hadn't been swept and there was BROKEN GLASS on the floor in numerous spots throughout the suit (bathroom behind door, in front of mini fridge, between bed and nightstand, etc). We will not be staying here again, just not worth the headache."
