「There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. Even the soaps and lotions she provides are not overly scented. I was surprised to learn there was a cleaning fee but it’s only $25 which seems fair. 「Great! The room was clean, everything was well maintained and front desk girl was very friendly. My only complaint was the height of the toilet. I'm 80 and had difficulty managing it. Not enough of a problem for deducting a star, though!」

「The staff was AMAZING, especially Corthee at the front desk. She went above and beyond. We were there for my husband's surgery, she always asked about him, while he was there, I ended up in the E.R., she would always ask me if I needed something, she told me to rest, and she would do whatever she could to help me.
