Architectural gem and impeccable location.

We had a terrific stay at Saddleback Sanctuary. The Hugh Newell Jacobson house is a joy to visit and the property has lots of places to explore and discover. Only two things were a preponderance of dead bugs near the windows and the CO detectors went off during our stay. The staff was exceedingly responsive though, so we felt in good hands and things were resolved.

I am actually very disappointed with the upkeep of the property. The house was infested with bugs

I did like how quickly property management responded to my requests. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and were very courteous. But I cannot emphasize enough how dissatisfied I am with the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. The house was infested with ladybugs, large beettles and flies. I couldn't get a good night sleep because bugs were literally dropping off the ceiling onto my face in bed. I couldn't eat or cook in the house. The floors weren't clean and stove was dirty
