“Stay away! The staff was nice but not service minded. They wouldn't do anything about our A/C not working in January - which led to us waking up in the middle of the night freezing cold. They couldnt offer us another room nor would they try to fix or compensate our room fee. The water ran out and for half an hour once a day we didnt have any water and the toilet wouldn't/ couldn't flush for the first 3 day. Yes, we did make them aware. Even after 4 days the manager was in the reception and……

“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which……

“I come from Hong Kong and stayed there 4 nights. Hotel is clean, good wifi and delicious breakfast. It take 15 mins from hotel to Metro . The girl name " LUMI LUMINITA " is a very nice and helpful person.”

“Everything was better than expected, the hotel was quite stylish and modern and the room was was nice too. Maybe room carpet needs updating as it’s dated. Breakfast was really good better than the pictures show with unlimited coffee and juice, the coffee machine was a great standard but only thing is make sure you arrive for breakfast between 8:30-9am as they don’t really top the food up once it runs out. “Overall experience was fine. The room has some water leaking from the roof, i think that came from the air conditioner, so the carpet was wet all the time. My room was on the 2nd floor, close to the street, so it's a little noisy during the day time.”
