Have to sleep on sofa Overall the new rooms look nice and decent area to most tourist things and restaurants ”

However, our experience was significantly affected by several negative aspects of the service. Unfortunately, the staff at the buffet was noticeably unfriendly and, at times, their behavior felt discriminatory. My wife, who wears a headscarf, was treated differently compared to other guests. While others were approached multiple times and kindly asked if they would……

“The apartment was high quality. Cleanliness was average. Poorly equipped with cutlery, no cups or large drinking glasses. Two of the 3 basin taps were broken and unstable. Room was serviced only once in 2 weeks and only after it was requested.”

“As it was our first time in Agadir we didn't know what to expect.We had booked bed and breakfast so we could get out and about through the day and at night. The hotel chain.Barcelo,was familiar enough to us and seemed reasonably priced. We were greeted by a lovely lot of smiling welcoming faces at reception and the concierge service. unfortunately our room was not ready until near 4 pm so it was a bit if a wait. The room we had was ok. Comfy beds, Air Con not a thing when we were there not sure……
