Thr hotel staff was lovely and very helpfu. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent everyday the room was cleaned and bedding changed. It was peaceful and relaxing round the pool. It was a enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here Gain if we was going to Agadir

Location is good staff is so good but cleaning is so poor they not clean room properly they just put bed sheet in place even not properly and looks like never wipe floore everywhere dust and bathroom never clean property is good and good Location but cleanings is so poore they need to improve cleaning

The room was extremely dirty and mostly the bathroom full of mold around it with hair and smells like urine and spiders ,unfortunately I didn’t have a choose to buck in a other place but it was the worse experience I ever had in hotel for the price they charged me.

I came back here because of the staff and location last time, and I just like this hotel. Let’s face it, the property is not perfect but the property was clean, and where it was not entirely up to scratch staff fixed it immediately. I will likely continue to come here going forward. Note though that there’s music outside at night time as there, but personally I feel it adds to the holiday vibe. Definitely a great experience overall.

The views are great, but unfortunately that’s about the only positive. The AC didn’t work, the room phone didn’t work, and the toilet leaked. When I reported it, the front desk staff said they didn’t believe the toilet was leaking. I was told to wait for maintenance, but after an hour no one came because of a shift change. They moved us to another room, but the phone still didn’t work. The hotel isn’t as clean or as nice as it looks in the photos. Breakfast was also disappointing.
