She went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and enjoying my holiday, and her positive attitude made a lasting impression. Staff like Asmahane are a real credit to the hotel. "Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was a little tired and needed some TLC. Room was nicely furnished and quite large with a lovely walk in wardrobe. Breakfast was limited and fruit was poor especially if you dont like melon! Super strict re bring in food and drink, i can understand bring in take-aways food, but we had a bottle of water even confiscated! And nearly an issue with dates being bought in! Water in the hotel was 2.5 x the price of shops and other than an initial bottle of water in room and coffee pods we had no refills. Location was perfect for the beach"

"We had a great week at Amadil - hotel facilities were fantastic, it's in an ideal location and all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was the biggest and best we've ever seen (especially the freshly made donuts!) Lots to do in the area - we booked quad biking, camel ride and paradise valley excursion through the hotel's recommended rep and they were all well worth the money (which was only £20 per person per excursion). Would highly recommend to anyone going to Agadir."

"Good stay - it is a nice, spacious, one-floor apartment that worked well for us. The reception team was great, especially the women. They were incredibly helpful—one even helped me top up my phone! If you need a taxi, ask how much taxis cost from the hotel to the location you're interested in they will tell you the estimated price. This made it easier to negotiate the rate with the drivers and not get ripped off. Although there was no response to messages prior to check-in. The shop attached to the hotel is very expensive. I don't know why the hotel endorses such prices for their customers. The beds and sofa beds were comfortable, combined with the excellent soundproofing, we all slept very well. The pool area was great but it wasn't heated. Good shower which had fantastic water pressure but you can see a bit of mould on the lower tiles. We had to ask for a kettle and washing liquid (no sponge though) and there was no dining table in our room. The TV did not work. WiFi mainly worked and randomly wouldn't at times. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a curtain and there is no door which limits privacy."

"Our family of four, including two young children (3yo and 1yo), had a wonderful time at this hotel. The suite room was spacious and comfortable, and the daily cleaning staff refreshed our bedding and towels. The hotel staff throughout the resort was incredibly helpful and great with kids. Cash is easy to exchange at the hotel reception for a reasonable rate (lower than ATM or nearby exchange but convenient) The beach and ocean views were beautiful, and the weather was perfect for enjoying the outdoor pools. While the outdoor pools were unheated, the warm weather made swimming a joy. The indoor heated pool was also great for the kids, especially on overcast days or when we wanted to avoid the sun. The food options were diverse and delicious, but there was a slight issue. The restaurant closed for dinner between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., which was not ideal for our young children who would usually be asleep by 7:30 p.m. The snacks after breakfast and lunch were mostly reheated leftovers, which wasn’t the best. To avoid these issues, we used Glovo to order food and groceries for our kids when it wasn’t available at the resort. The front desk and security staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with taxi drivers and setting up excursions where the taxi driver would wait for us."
