Studio completely renovated in 2023, located in the Port Venus residence, on the 2nd floor. Quiet location. Elevator and free access to the swimming pool of the residence.
Balcony with garden furniture and view of the marina.
Air-conditioned bedroom area equipped with a 160x200cm bed, as well as an Android flat screen TV and a 4G Internet access. Kitchen equipped with a two-burner induction hob, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker Senseo, a dishwasher as well as a 'a washing machine.
Shower room: vanity unit, shower and WC.
Access to a numbered car park with remote control.
Smoking and pets not allowed.
