Minutes to the Amalfi Coast- Enjoy vacationing in Amalfi, Positano, Ravello- and many other beautiful towns along the Amalfi Coast, a UNESCO heritage sites, towns world renowned for their unique natural beauty, clarity of beaches and cultural charm.

Take pleasure in a day trip, easily accessible, to the archaeological wonder of the ruins of Pompeii, or the marvel of Mt. Vesuvius, the angelic Island of Capri, breathtaking town of Sorrento, or the historical center of Naples, just to name a few.

Within the town of Agerola, take a short walk from the residence to see the stunning views of the Amalfi Coast beneath you from Castello Lauritano, relish in world class trekking of the "Path of Gods" from Agerola to Positano or the "Valle Delle Ferriere ”From Agerola to Amalfi. Or simply stroll to the nearby Piazza to enjoy the best gastronomy in the area, whether it be gelato, the local pasticceria, artisan mozzarella, or genuine Neapolitan pizza.

I LOVE San Lazarro

Very spacious 2nd floor apartment! Very clean. Hosts parents live below and could not have been nicer to us. It was like staying with family, and even though my Italian is not great and they don't speak English, we were able to communicate. The town is a short walk away with everything you need. Meat store, mini mart, bread store, place for drinks, places to eat, park, views, cooking school, bus stop. Perfect! Uncrowded, unhurried, friendly people, beautiful. A perfect place to rest, rejuvinate your mind, body and soul. Highly recommended!

A comfortable stay

A property that needs some help from the owner to locate. But once you get to grips with the topography of the Amalfi coast it is fine. We totally underestimated the geography of the area, what seemed to be an short distance turned into at least an hours drive! Amalfi is 1.3km (as the crow flies) away, and takes about 40 mins to drive to. This is not at area for anyone with mobility issues. Nowhere is flat. Having said that it has been an education and like nowhere we had visited before. The accommodation is adequately (but sparsely) provisioned. The owners mother lives on the ground floor and could not be a more pleasant neighbour. Most helpful and could not have been any kinder to us, A good base if one has a car.

sehr guter Ausgangspunkt hoch über der Amalfiküste

Sehr freundliche (englisch sprechende) Vermieter mit Kindern wohnen im gleichen Haus Man bekommt eine ausgezeichnete Beschreibung der Anfahrt. Die Wohnung ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen an der Amalfi-Küste. Sie hat einen sehr großen Balkon und auch Fliegenvorhänge an diesen Türen. Die Zufahrt ist auch für größere PKW (VW Passat) geeignet und zum Bäcker kann man früh die Kinder schicken... Und die Pizzeria auf dem Weg noch vor dem Dorfplatz ist auch ausgezeichnet und trotzdem preiswert.
