"Property layout & suitability was not ideal. The home is 3floors, with 4beds on the first floor and the master bedroom on the 3rd floor. This layout was not disclosed clearly prior to booking and proved extremely impractical since we had a toddler.Lack of basic kitchen amenities, such as foil, cooking essentials, or common spices (only salt and pepper were provided).
