After spending 5 weeks in Italy, this is by far the nicest place that we stayed. It has views of the Valley of the Temples ruins from our room and is conveniently located near them. The host prepared a delicious breakfast for us. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested places in town to eat.

A most amazing experience. Our host and the property were just perfect. The inn had just 2 guest rooms, each looking over the temples on one side with the patio overythe Mediterranean. Have stayed at 5 * places all trip and we would put this at the top of the list. Host was so genuine and made the most amazing breakfast. The home was out of a movie set for its local authenticity. Can’t say enough about this property.

We had a lovely stay in la Pagliera. It’s an high class accommodation with top notch service and a tasteful personal note of Ciccio and Susi. And delicious breakfast! Definitely coming back. Thank you!

From the moment we were greeted by the wonderful host, Francesco, to the gorgeous interior of this renovated building, we knew we had chosen a special place. The furnishings are all hand curated, blending neutral colors, textures, and antiques to create a luxurious space. The rooms have luxury towels, robes, and linens, with modern and rustic in harmony. But the real standouts are the hosts. They are warm, welcoming, funny, kind, and generous. And they make the most delicious meals. Stay here and you will not regret it.
