On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. "The staff at the hotel are extremely lovely and welcoming. From the receptionist to the bar lady to the cleaner all were great. The room has all the facilities needed for self catering inc microwave/pots/pans/stove etc. The hotel is located on the quieter side of laganas strip which I find as a bonus. 15min walk to the bars/clubs"

"The Marleen is well situated for the shops and restaurants within a 15 minute stroll the beach is a five minute walk away the and if your lucky like we we're you get to the turtles in the sea this is our third stay at the marleen and will be coming back next year all the staff we're friendly and helpful "
