“酒店環境不錯，泳池祇供房客使用，因泳池不大，過瀘系統出來水質不太好，因我在早上開池就用上，水太混濁不清。向泳池客房會太大噪音，早餐比其他酒店很不錯，但餐廳枱上供客人使用配置不足，例如調味用品不是每張枱上都有。這次入住我早在2月尾已訂好豪華房，但入住時沒有大床給我，要兩日后才說有大床房給我，但第三日因太夜回酒店，第四日早餐后跟酒店要回大床房，但告知我祇有1晚可用，明天要搬回2張的房，因那房要有客人訂了，那我早在2月前訂的為什麼沒給我，真不知是什麼服務。到最後是提供了一間普通客房給我，算了我不跟他們計，不想影響心情。大堂服務員要多加培訓。”

“our stay (family of 15 with 3 young childrens (ages 1 yo, 1.5 yo, 1.5 yo) in their bungalow house is not comfortable for the following reasons: 1. No internet access in the house where we stay, only at the restaurant. 2. The description on their site is not accurate at all, it is misleading. 3. Has small kitchen table but no chairs to sit if you want to eat; no sofa beds or chairs to sit anywhere in the house except on the lower bunk beds. Whenever we eat, we have to sit either on the floor or……

“Staff are friendly , but the room does not have WINDOW or exhaust. Also doesn't have a table. You should provide a basic table and chair on the room. ”

“I have severe allergies by the time we checked out in the morning. I came to find out that there cats stay and rooming around upstairs where all the rooms that costumer stayed in. It was specifically mention ab po it the cats. I have severe Asthma and allergies so this trigger on and was sick for few days.”
