Prepare to immerse yourself in the beauty and tranquillity of the Swiss mountains in our Airolo Valley 1 apartment.
The apartment is located on the third floor, easily accessible by lift, of a recently built building in the heart of Airolo. This spacious two-bedroom apartment embodies the perfect blend of modernity and mountain tradition, offering a cozy and comfortable retreat for your holiday.
The living room is the heart of the apartment, featuring a large dark grey sofa that invites you to relax while admiring the magnificent view of the mountains through the window. The adjacent dining area is elegantly furnished with a refined glass table for 4 people, ideal for convivial evenings with family or friends.
The modern kitchen has all the comforts and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook like at home (dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, oven, toaster, refrigerator and freezer).
The flat has two bedrooms, both with comfortable and spacious double beds. One of the rooms boasts a balcony that directly overlooking the impressive mountain peaks, while the other offers a picturesque view through the window. Typical mountain-style elements, such as old ski poles in the dining room and an antique wooden sleigh in one of the bedrooms, lend a touch of authenticity and warmth to the house. A practical desk is an important element for those who choose the apartment for work or study.
The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, ensuring freshness and comfort during your stay, certainly appreciated after intense days of skiing.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.
For your convenience during the winter season, the apartment also has a parking space in the garage, thus eliminating the need to remove snow from the car.

Airolo is a renowned ski resort with various slopes suitable for all skill levels. Airolo Valley 1 is centrally located, offering access to various attractions and amenities in the surrounding area. The Airolo-Pesciüm ski slopes are easily accessible from the apartment by car in 10 to 15 minutes and offer a wide range of winter activities, including downhill skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing.
A 10-minute walk takes you to the Airolo train station, which offers train connections to other Swiss and international destinations. It is an ideal starting point for hikes and day trips. There are numerous restaurants nearby, bars and cafés where you can enjoy local specialities, international cuisine and relax with a drink after a day of exploration. You will also find grocery stores, supermarkets, bakeries and other shops. The surrounding area is also rich in hiking trails that lead to breathtaking landscapes, alpine lakes and panoramic views. By car: from the motorway exit it will take 5 min to reach the apartment. Leave the A2 motorway at the Airolo exit and take Via della Stazione for 1.3 km. Take Via S. Gottardo for 81 m and then take Strada di Valle for 550m.
By train: After arriving at the station, take bus number 120 Osogna and get off at \"Airolo, Buco di Cavalli\", from there you will be at the apartment in about 8 min.
