Chalet Les Tourelles with Lake view, Private Terrace and Balcony

Located on the heights of Aix les bains, quiet, 700 meters from the city center, Nice Chalet of the sixties in great condition offering small view on the lake on a nice sloping land with terraces, with many fruit trees.

The house is composed as follows:

The floor is composed of 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 people and a full bathroom.

The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a balcony, a living room with dining area opening onto a terrace and a toilet.

A basement with garage is available.

The whole on a garden raised with several spaces relaxation and carpark.

Animals allowed.

Bed linen and towels provided in supplement.
