Felt like a piece of Sedona! Beautifully decorated rooms and had extra amenities including local coffee bag enough to make 2 cups of delicious coffee. A very quiet and relaxing atmosphere with various sitting options outdoors with fire pits and available firewood, and walking path. The gift shop has many gift items and free coffee as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We plan to stay there next time we are in town.

The building was a former school. The rooms were the classrooms! There was a charming courtyard. The office area held crafts from local residents that were available to purchase. Ajo has some talented residents! The entire property was full if history.

It was a nostalgic stay at the school I attended and stay in a second grade classroom. Very well done rooms and landscaping true to the original building with modern amenities. Even or those that never lived in Ajo I highly recommend staying here.
