“An amazing place!”

“House was poorly insulated. Towel holder screwed into plasterboard-loose. No salt, kitchen utensils few and far between. Needs a woman’s touch badly.”

“We had a lovely holiday in this house, it had plenty of room and was well catered with extras that may be needed whilst staying there. Great views of the scenery.”

“A great get-away place to stay. Wonderful house and gardens to sit back and relax in. Perfect spot to go for walks and wander to the beaches. Supermarket, fish and chip shop and bar within a 5 minute walk which is all bases covered. Great host with great communication. Would recommend to others needed a relaxing break.”

The location was perfect. A stunning view over the valley, lots of sun and just a short walk into Akaroa. I had a couple of queries of my own making and Dave was super helpful and really responsive…an excellent host.”

“Very bachy place. Amazing view, quite well equipped. Not that clean, a lot of dust, sofas weren’t vacuumed properly, needed to vacuum under the beds and sofas. Hair from previous occupants still in the bathroom.”

“Frances was more accommodating than any host we’ve encountered in any country. She met us upon arrival, explained a few things, made two restaurant reservations for us, changed one on the day of, provided directions, rebooted internet immediately, and left cream for our coffee. She even had fresh flowers throughout the house. Her place is a perfect location to sit and watch all the port and harbor activity, walk to several restaurants and cafes, but easy to take tunnel into Christchurch.……
