“Didn’t hear from host until I finally asked for info to access apartment the day before we departed on long flight from CA. Host asked for my email address broken out in user name and then separate message with email host (gmail etc) and also wanted my cell # number before he would provide access indicating it was because of VRBOs messaging system. This was confusing and delayed getting info. Never had to do this before with any other vrbos. Didn’t get all info till 2hrs before arrival with……

“Great experience. Alfred is a very helpful, responsive and attentive owner. Large apartment. Very clean. Love the neighborhood.
