「Please don’t book this hotel! Inspite of having a confirmation # and my card was charged this booking did not exist when I arrived. The phone # shown is incorrect. I had to provide the correct # to Hotels.com agent so he could call and sort it out. This hotel is not affiliated with Hotels.com and the hotel informed me that they only take reservations over the phone directly with the customer. Fortunately they had openings and I was able to stay but required cash. 」

「Séjour exécrable, j'ai été grugé. Je me suis rendu à l'adresse de la Résidence Ministre ou l'on m'a donné une fin de non recevoir. Quelques minutes après je reçois un message wattsapp m'invitant à me rendre à une autre adresse. Et là je constate que ce n'était pas le Résidence Ministre ma plutôt SAKOA... et les photos des chambres non conformes à ceux publiées sur le site... voir photos jointes. Je suis donc pas resté longtemps... il n'y avait même pas de serviettes. C'est alors même que...

「I have been staying here since they first open the staff and everyone is very friendly and on point the property is very nice if I had any complaints at all, it would be the restaurant. I think there needs to be more consideration to the menu but the atmosphere and everything is quite nice」

「I live in the US and my Husband lives there we always stay at this Hotel even after the changed the name. People are always very nice room is always very clean housekeepers a Excellent it's my top choice when visiting my husband in Abidjan. We will be returning in a few weeks.
