“From start to finish the stay at Villa de la playa was great. Communication with the host was quick and Emilio was always there if we needed anything. We had a group of 11 and had plenty of space. The pool was refreshing on the hot humid days and even though it is a rocky area in front of the house, the ocean was amazing. A great area for snorkeling. On pictures unit looked even better, 2 story, 2 king beds and "sofa bed " that was for kids sleeping. Unfortunately, sofa bed is broken and old, not possible to sleep on it. “We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The kitchen, table, and living room were spacious and accommodating. The morning sun and the beautiful sunrises were refreshing, including the splash in the pool. The cleaning crew was amazing, always smiling and flexible. “We stayed here with 4 couples and the home and location were absolutely incredible! The property owner and manager were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The home was immaculate and had everything you could need. The pool, hot tub and beach were stunning and so fun. There are many fun restaurants within walking distance. “We absolutely loved our stay at Casa de las Conchas. We have stayed at Akumal Sur before and love the little "private" beach. Even though there were high winds the week we stayed, we still enjoyed snorkeling and kayaking in the bay. The pool was wonderful and we used all of the seating areas on the beach and pool area, especially the hammocks and palapa lounges. Kim easy to contact and quick to reply. “I have stayed at this complex several times in the past. This was my first time in this unit. It is newly remodeled and very nice. I highly recommend. Our group was just me and my wife and 8 year old daughter. The unit is small but it was adequate for us. The king size bed was very comfortable. “Diana Gil was the best. She took care of all our needs and made our anniversary trip special. Resort is pretty great the only issue for us was the a/c.
