“Clean, big and comfort apartment with kitchen and everything's you need. Shuttle bus to the mall. Pleasant, helpful and polite staff. Types of foods not too much for the breakfast but enough. Supermarket downstair are excellent. Wifi is ok. Everything is good except the unstable hot water for bath.”

“The overall stay was very good. The J5 team was very accommodating and made the experience extremely good. The only downside was that the AC in the main hall was not working properly and it got quite hot. Besides that all was very good and extremely clean. Highly recommend this place”

“Building security team were a pleasure to deal with. In the room, lighting options very limited, either bright or very weak. Insufficient electric sockets. Oven didn't seem to work. Apartment front door release instructions could be clearer, and the whole of the pre-arrival email could do with a rigorous check. Location is great, although the 8-lane adjacent is noisy, it's pretty much constant so easily ignored. Aircon was fine, welcome gifts of drinks and crisps were appreciated.”
