"We had a very pleasant stay at Rove Healthcare City. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and cooperative. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the team was always ready to assist with any requests, making the overall experience very comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping everything tidy and fresh. The bed was comfortable, and the room environment was quiet, which helped us rest well. The hotel’s location is also very convenient with easy access to nearby facilities and transport. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Rove Healthcare City to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with excellent service."

"My billing issue which was resolved immediately along with an apology note and a bowl of mixed fruits. It was a truly generous gesture. Any complaints was attended to spontaneously. Customer satisfaction is their motto. The room, the staff, hotel too, was all awesome. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. They even have a roof top swimming pool and 24 hr gym."

"This was a truly beautiful stay from check-in to check-out. We arrived just after 6 a.m., and the receptionist, Tahura, was incredibly helpful and managed to get us a room within a very reasonable time which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was exceptional: spacious, comfortable, and with stunning city views. We dined at the international restaurant and the food was excellent. The service was outstanding, especially from Faquel (or was he Fariquel?) and Sumon, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. Although this is clearly a very busy hotel, everything was impeccably maintained , the pools were clean, the grounds were well kept, and everything was just beautiful. Special mention also to the two African gentlemen (from Uganda and Cameroon) at the Waterpark station in the hotel lobby; they were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Overall, an outstanding experience. 10/10 - highly recommended. "
