"This is our first ever trip to Cairo, it’s for my son competition. We picked this hotel due to its location which is close to the venue as well as next to a huge mall which can get all we needed during our trip.
The staff is very helpful as we experience jet lagging during our trip and couldn’t rest due to the busy honking sound from the street during early evening and had requested a change in room. Even though the hotel is fully occupied, the staff and supervisors still try their very best to accommodate our needs and we really appreciate their help and service."
