「I made a mistake and booked for the next week. The host answered the WhatsApp at 10pm and graciously opened a room. Good customer service.
No breakfast available. Room was very cold although likely due to unexpected late arrival.」

「We rolled up around 9pm and the front office was already closed, but we lucked out by hitting up the staff on WhatsApp. She was super sweet and got us checked in, even though her English wasn't perfect—she tried her best to explain everything and was so helpful. The place is gorgeous and full of traditional charm. If you've got the time, I'd say stay at least two nights to really soak it all in!」
