Room was great and our cleaning lady was amazing. She sung beautifully whilst she worked and was very pleasant. We found the food not great in the restaurant, very bland, not seasoned and mostly cold. Pools and beach area great, evening does very good and some sports including gym.

rooms are ok, 99,9% russion clients with its usual arogant habits, parking handling is nightmare...with limited space you leave keys at gate... but once we needed to leave...well horible experince if you are heading to airport ...food decent...only european style...nice beach

Bad service and bad behavior.

The only think i like about this hotel it was animation team they was very friendly and welcoming. But, didn't like the service here specially the restorant worker's and bar worker's. They was not smiling at all and they look at me like they hate me i guess it was because i was a menn and solo traveler. They was flirting with every one and i think the main reason they work in that hotel is to get laid. Even one's i was sitting in the pool with 2 girls just talking and than i saw waiter and one translator come with champagne and fruits plate to girls and said our hotel owner like you very much and he want to invite you to club illusion. And the hotel owner is like 65 year's old and the girls was rusian and 23 years old. Its really shame to see that hotel owner can be so unprofessional. I didn't like the food, my room was to far from restorant and beach. I had to walk like 7 min every time i wanted to go to beach or restorant. I dont recommend here to solo traveler or family. Dirty and full of rude peopel.

Kötü bir tatil deneyimi

Kızartmalar yağdan dolayı yenilecek durumda değildi. Snack bar dışında yiyebilecek bir şey bulamadık. Döner varken döner istediğimde bittiği belirtildi ancak döner arkada vardı ve benden sonra gelen bütün Rus turistlere verildi. Genel olarak Rus misafirlere daha iyi davranıldığını gördüm ve bu bizleri üzdü. Ayrıca çalışanlar sürekli kendi aralarında kavga ediyordu ve gerginlik vardı. Türk olduğumuzu anlamayan çalışanlar kendi aralarında bizler hakkında Türkçe konuşarak bizleri rahatsız etti. Genel olarak çalışanlardan ve yemeklerden dolayı memnun kalmadığımız bir tatil oldu. Sahilde çöpler düzenli aralıkla toplanmadığından köpekler çöpleri karıştırığ etrafa dağıttı.

Oda eski fakat temiz. Hersey çok iyiydi.Tam bir çocuk dostu hersey var. Bir sürü havuz var istediğiniz türde mükemmel ve tertemiz. Aqua lar vs çok çok iyi. Tek sorunumuz bardaki arkadaşlar çok bitkin isteksiz. Birde buz devamlı bitiyor. 5 yıldızlı otelden farkı yok

Tam anlamıyla mükemmel.

Beklentimizin üzerinde bir tatil oldu. Temizlik ve hijyen mükemmel. yemekler lüks restorandan çıkmış gibi. Plajı günün her saati dalgasız ve mükemmel. Personel çok ilgili ve sıcak. Özellikle Türk olduğumuzu öğrenince bizimle daha özel ilgilenilsin. Ülkemizde ilk defa turistler karşısında kendimizi daha değerli hissettik. Diğer çalışanlarla birlikte özellikle Lobideki çalışanlardan Üzeyir, Hülya ve Gülçin’e ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı teşekkür ederiz.

Good value for money

We enjoyed very much our stay there. The food was good, the organization was great, the premises are nice and really close to the beach. Staff is also nice and helpful. I would suggest some improvements for the night check-in and some training for the night receptionists. Because of them the first impression of the hotel was very bad. Also , the karaoke night was really fun. It should last longer than 3-4 songs. I would definitely recommend the place.

Worst hotel ever

To say this is the worst hotel ever is a massive understatement. We stay here for a week in September and none of the hotel staff spoke English. All the staff were rude and the whole complex was full of Russians. The hotel only seemed to cater for its Russian guests as all the food and night entertainment was in Russian. The electricity in our room went off a lot and not once did anyone come to investigate. Instead we waited for 5 hours till the lights came back on. Theres so much i can say about this hotel but my experience was so negative i dont know where to begin. All i can say is stay away from this resort.

Russia or Turkey?

This hotel is made specifically for Russian holiday makers. Staff did not speak any english at all, only the day reception people spoke little english. All activities are in Russian and children were very disappointed as they could not understand what others are saying. The food was very bad and of cheap quality. The main restaurant was dirty and at some occasions we felt disgusted to eat there.I won't recommend this hotel at all.

Mycket bra hotell för sol o bad.

Hotellet har allt man behöver och speciellt för barn familjer. 3 utomhus bassänger, nära havet, olika mat variationer och bra service.
