Personalet altid klar til at hjælpe hvis der var noget. Ikke noget problem at opgradere fra værelse til lejlighed. Sød hotelejer som sørger for at alle har det godt. God mad og betjening på restauranten. Lejlighederne har brug for make-over. Der var ikke for meget udstyr og der sås lidt vandskade i loftet. Internettet var ustabilt til tide og lå ned i perioder. Er 3 gang vi er på mitos og på trods af de små fejl, så vil vi for hver en tid vælge at overnatte der igen :)

otel işletmecileri hotels üzerinden satış yapmadıklarını ve yurt içi müşterilerine sizden aldığımız fiyat üzerinden satışlar yapılmadığını hem girişte hemde çıkışta sürekli söylediler. bu şekilde söylemler hoş olmuyor. yabancı turistlerin ödediği para bizimde ödediğimiz para.. bunu ifade etmeleri hoş olmuyor..

By far the worst experience

My experience in this hotel is by far the worst in all my travels. When i entered the room it was steamy hot, the room they gave me is in the last floor and the sun is directly faving it. I called the receptionist to bring me the AC's remote control as i couldn't find it, and she told me that my booking plan doesn't include AC and if i want to use it they will charge 5 euros per day! Although they didn't charge it afterall becuase hotels.com staff communicated with the hotel, but the treatment was awful. The room was totally empty, no water, no minibar, and no boiler. On top of that, the hotel staff didn't believe us when we said that our booking plan includes breakfast and they had to check our key for the room number to make sure of that. We had to wait about 35 minutes to serve us a small plate with 5 olives, 2 peices of cheese, 3 slices of cucumber and tomato, one boiled egg and 2 small cubes of honey and marmalade. The staff didn't bother to ask us what we would like to have, and my spouse who has dairy intolerance dairy ended up having only bread for breakfast. I am sorry to say that this hotel is totally not recommend and the reviews about the facility being superb is far from true.

Dårlig standard på dobbeltrommene

Helt forferdelig dobbelt rom p.g.a enormt mye veggdyr,mugglukt /vegg til vegg teppe . Det ble ikke gjort noe for å rette opp i forholdet heller .Annbefaler ikke dette hotellet .
