Awesome location. Nice staff and amenities

This hotel is an affordable all inclusive that is good value for money. It is centrally located and I think that is one of its nicest features. Staff and amenitied are also good.

Slow WiFi, they have faster but they want you to pay for it, also safe in the room and they want you to pay for that as well.big tall buildings, blocks out the sun.if you want to lie in the sun you won't get much at this hotel.food very repetitive.the hotel is geared up to get as much money out of you as they can.fairly good gym.room was fairly big.but way outdated.tv is not much bigger than a portable..I was all-inclusive but they still try to get you to pay.for safe and faster WiFi.i would not go back.

Very good for a three star hotel. A bit far from the beach and not that easy to arrange lunch time with beach.The shuttle should go during lunch time back. Nice staff, clean rooms, good pool area, gym. We had two great entertaining groups as evening specials during our stay. Food is ok, not super extraordinary, but ok, large selection, adequate for the 3 stars for sure. Dessert is nice.

We were very happy with this hotel, for the price it was excellent. We were upgraded to an apartment with separate bedroom. Large balcony overlooking pool and mountains. Very clean. Breakfast was really good, lunch and dinner ok and something for everyone. Staff very friendly. Especially Huseyin on front desk. Alcoholic drinks local, they cgarge extra for imported. Would definitely recommend.

The location was in a poor neighborhood, but you can ignore that. The hotel staff, and here I mean only the bar and pool bar, are young and rude. You are often ignored or served poorly.It is a shame that these days, when the temperature reaches 38 degrees, you can say that you have run out of water or that there is no more ice. The drinks served at the bar are of poor quality, but somehow it was reflected in the price paid. Breakfast was repeated endlessly, the same omelette, the same cheese and salami over which the flies buzzed. At lunch and in the evening, the food was ok

Unser Urlaub war einfach super! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich stets bemüht, dass wir rundum zufrieden sind. Das Essen war hervorragend – eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten, dazu viele leckere Torten, Kuchen und Desserts. Kaffee, Säfte und andere Getränke waren immer frisch und reichlich vorhanden. Außerdem stand uns ein Shuttlebus zum Strand zur Verfügung. Der Kleopatra-Strand war wunderschön und hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder nach Alanya und auch in dieses Hotel.

Vanskelig å få plass for å spise, måtte sitte på solsengene ved middagen. Ikke noe underholdning/aktiviteter for barn. Mye knust glass i bassenget,og ofte stengte basseng. Noen av de som jobber i resepsjonen satt på mobilen og så i den når vi prøvde å snakke med de om vi manglet noe på rommet/eller trengt noe. Anbefaler ikke hvis man ønsker en familie ferie med unger , for mye bråk om natta og ingen mri g for barn eller voksene å gjøre .

Wir haben uns ca. eine Woche in diesem Hotel aufgehalten. Beim Einchecken wurden wir Mitternacht von Herrn Hüssein empfangen. Ein sehr freundlich und höflicher Mitarbeiter. Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Einrichtungen insgesamt war gut. Badezimmer war zu klein. Personal und Service war hervorragend. Transferser vice an den Strand war vorhanden, jedoch nicht ausreichend. Zusätzliche Programme u.a. Livemusik wird ebenfalls angeboten. Alles in allem würde ich es sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Wij hebben met heel de familie ons heel goed verwend ,het eten was elke dag heel lekker en verzorgd geen opmerkingen . Stad centrum is gemakkelijk te bereiken. Prijs kwaliteit is echt waard , kom zelf je zal geen spijt hebben !
