I felt seen and like my comfort was important to her. She didn’t over question about nor ignore my situation. Our room was spacious and clean. We will return to this hotel!"

"This hotel was nicer than my usual, and much more upscale hotel than I usually pay for. It has several stories with shopping options right by the lobby. The rooms were clean and quiet except for I noticed some mildew in the caulking of the bathtub. The staff was willing to help book our activities, but they weren't very friendly. I'm used to hospitality staff greeting me and smiling, but this time it was the other way around. And every time I interacted with one of the staff members they had something negative to say, about how tired they were or how difficult work was. Perhaps some friendliness training might be in order."
