Enjoying far-reaching sea views from its elevated setting in Alassio, this modern air-conditioned duplex provides an effortless holiday base for family groups of 5. Inside, the 2-level apartment offers a bright and inviting open plan living space with far reaching sea views to take in and a stylish sofa, and chic kitchen diner provided. The stylish space leads out to a sunny private terrace furnished with an alfresco dining area. The apartment also benefits from a spacious sea view double bedroom with TV and terrace access, a second family bedroom with bunk beds and single bed, alongside two contemporary fitted shower rooms. Subject to availability, larger groups looking to stay can also rent Serena 1 (ID 3182), which is also sleeps 4.

The Serena 2 has a choice of eateries and the lido beaches and visitor attractions of town are all within a 6-8 minutes’ drive away.

Sehr schöner Blick und sauber. Allerdings (nachts) laut, da es an einer relativ befahrenen Strasse liegt. Leider funktionierte das Internet gar nicht und uns wurde versprochen, dass man sich um einen refund kümmert, den wir bis heute nicht erhalten haben. Auch wurde uns fälschlicherweise die City Tax (im Oktober) berechnet und nicht erstattet.

Schöne Lage

Alles war super. Ausser 1 Rolle WC Papier für 3Toiletten ist etwas wenig. Ob WLAN vorhanden ist haben wir nicht in Erfahrung bringen können. Aussicht wunderbar. Die Klimaanlagen waren super und auch nötig. Sehr schönes Wetter mit einer Aussicht auf das Meer und Alassio. Runden den Aufenthalt ab.

Schöne Lage am Hang mit schöner Aussicht auf die Bucht

Die Lage am Berg mit der Aussicht ist sehr schön, wobei die Bilder etwas geschönt sind. Es verläuft oberhalb der Bäume eine dicke schwarze Stromleitung, die man auf Fotos nicht gerade haben möchte aber sie ist da und man sieht sie immer. Ein Auto ist aber unbedingt erforderlich. Die Küche ist sparsam mit Geschirr ausgestattet. Es gibt nur eine Schüssel, kein Suppen -oder Soßenschöpfer, kein Salatbesteck etc. Wenn man tatsächlich zu viert oder fünft hier wohn, dann wird es sehr schnell schwierig. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Appartment mit Fernseher in jedem Zimmer, Klimaanlage und schönen Bädern. Ruhige Lage ist etwas übertrieben. Es fahren ständig Fahrzeuge, darunter viele motorisierte Zweiräder, den Berg hoch und runter. Wir hatten das Pech, dass gerade vor unserem Haus eine Ampel stand. Das ständige warten und anfahren der Autos und der Dieselgestank waren nicht besonders angenehm.

All in all a very nice experience!

Positiv sides: Great view, bedrooms & bathrooms very nice, garage also a plus. Suggested improvements: Better quality in the kitchen, cutlery, functioning stove etc. A few plants on the terrace would creat a better atmosphere. Recommendations: There is a mule track behind the church leading to Alassio, Visit the abandoned camping site Capo Mimosa for unique swimming and snorkeling.
