「The stuf of reception are very nice and helpful, appartment is below expectation, mo AC in bed room , bed uncomfortable, pilows are very hard, in general below expectation, no breakfast ,no services 」

「The accommodation was pleasant, with a balcony and AC. It was a bit small, but that wasn't really an issue. Overall, it was clean, even the bathroom! However, there were a few hairs in some spots and a little dust in one corner, but nothing significant. However, the address listed on this app (Hotels.com) wasn’t entirely accurate, as it suggested the place was right in the middle of the city’s hustle and bustle. In reality, the accommodation is about an 8-minute uphill walk from the city center....

「We were so impressed with this establishment! The woman at the desk was incredibly helpful, even helping us figure out how to make space for everything in our room. We paid for the laundry service and got it back the next morning, all folded and neat for us. She also let us park out front and keep our parking place several hours after we had checked out so that we could tour the Gjirokaster castle. This was invaluable as driving and parking in Gjirokaster is harrowing. Breakfast was included...

「It was a privilege to stay in the old town next to the castle in Gjirokaster. High above the modern city, next to castle and the old bazaar, it was not only convenient but an experience of a life from another time.
