We really enjoyed our stay at Ourz. It was not far from my relatives house and the house was great. We will stay here again. It was good to be close to the park and kids were able to walk to the park. The front room even had the big kids playing in there. The communication with the owner was great nice and easy and not stressful at all.

We had an amazing stay at this holiday house near Middleton Beach! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were cozy, and the outdoor area was great for relaxing in the evenings. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy Albany — we’d definitely love to come back.

Just a short stroll to Middleton beach. Perfect location if you want to stay a little bit away from the hustle and bustle but still a short drive to shops etc. House was perfect for our Family of 6. The house was clean, very organised and large enough for our family. My only recommendation would be to bring any takeaway containers with lids etc if you plan on doing any day trips.
