The customer support stands out as the best feature of this hotel. The pool is also an added bonus in the heat of the summer.

We were not able to check in until past 3pm. Parking in property not the garage is free. Staff is nice. Location is good. Walking distance to the town. Spacious outdoor terrace and pool but unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy. Pool opens 10am to 6pm. Please ask for the staff for dinner reservations. Some of them they got affiliation or discounts. Unfortunately we knew that too late too. Overall. It’s was a good stay.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Staff unprofessional, check in was terrible, hold me one hour to tell me to come back in 2 hours while the room was ready. Once in the room, number 8, was no light for some problem with the internal switch, I had all night that problem. Check out also, receptionist coming and going in a non sense waiting. My worst experience ever.

L’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Alberobello à pied et les villages alentours. Le personnel est très accueillant, la chambre était très bien et très propre, la piscine très bien et le petit dejeuner parfait. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
