「Rude staff - acted like my presence at check-in was nothing but a nuisance. The carpet in our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while. Absolutely no free continental breakfast - the small dining area's lights were off and no food or coffee was available all 3 days we stayed there. This was the only hotel to stay at in this small town, so we had no choice.」

「We made the mistake of staying across the street and were encountered with a mouse in our room, ants in the bathroom, and a hole in the wall where the mouse got in. Their resolve was to spray raid in our room. We couldn’t breathe so we had to leave.
Your establishment is Taj Majal and your staff heaven sent. We could not have been treated better. Charlotte at the front desk and Lucy from housekeeping are to be applauded for their professionalism and customer service. Thank you very much. 」
