Welcome to our home in the Indian Mountain Lake gated community, centrally located to many activities. The community offers 5 lakes for fishing, boating, kayaking and swimming. You make relaxing on the beach or near the pools(two pools one of the pools is heated) Beautiful scenery for jogging or hiking

The second floor is it main living area with an open kitchen, dining, living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom.
Downstairs is play room, bedrooms and the bathroom.
All beds have memory foam mattresses
Large deck with big table, propan grill , daily visits from local deer.
Fire pit- woods included, hammock, swings,
All linens and towels included.
House located close to: Camellback about 20 min, Kalaharii -25 min, Pocono Raceway-5 min

fireplace you have termostat in the wall, olny need turn on . Please remember to turn it off when you leave.

#Toilet. Please , nothing but toilet paper should go in the toilet. There's a little trash bin everything else.

#Kitchen itemes: Dishes and cups can be found in the upper cabinets. Silverware is in the drawer on the right , up in the dishwasher, and pans are in the cabinet. Feel free to use any of this as needed to prepare your delicious meal. when you're done, you can put dirty dishes in the dishwasher . When we have a full load, we''ll start the machine.

#Trash.Place your trash in the 33 galon trash can in the garage. Please do not put trash outside or on the porch, where birds, bears and other can get into it.

#hot tub. please twist all jets after use and close the cover each time after use. it is a hot tub not a pool. thank you

#firepit. please, after using the fire, check that everything is off to safely leave the place. lots of trees etc.

#no parties are allowed. very loud behavior and loud music after 10 p.m please behave and treat your neighbors as if you are being treated yourself.

Fire pit are allowed in the community and should be used for the purpose of cooking

Fireworks of any kind , no matter how small, are absolutely prohibited by the association as well.The rules are strictly enforced by community security and the neighbors.

We encourage you to enjoy the community outdoor pools(June-August). other attractions provided by Indian Mountain Lake Community such basketball and tennis courts, beach and playground.

This community has its own walking trail with a creek running to it. Follow the red signs when driving park by it.

This house attracts wildlife .Deer come in almost daily.

Backyard-year round 7 person hot tub, stone fire pit, hammocks , 3 person swing, solar powered lights inside the umbrella and table with chairs

Hot Tub
how open Hot Tub- You open the cover from the side where the control panel located. Fold it in half (don't lift, lifter the up, stays in the same position on the half of the cover)push back , cover stop on the back of the hot tub. If, however you are unsure how open, please see instruction on you tube. Thank you
Hot Tub-every time after use , please close the cover. Important!!!!!

SNOW
During winter there is plow service that will plow the driveway and shovel a path to the front door, steps. after the completion storms over 6". The driveway is gravel and the plow truck will not plow any snow under 6 ".
there is a shovel and salt stored at the house to you convenience. Please take this info consideration when booking during winter , snowy mouth. thank you
