"Very nice place and lovely hosts. But you need a car to travel from here to other places. Although I found uber very cheap here comparability to London. "

"Convenient location to land after flight and short walk to explore old town area and have a lovely dinner. Staff are welcoming and room was very comfortable.
Included a great breakfast in the morning and only 15 minutes walk to the train station to continue to my next destination. Would stay here again."

"Perfect spot to stay in the centre of São Bras de Alportel, with easy parking to then explore on foot. A range of restaurants and cafés, plus a local supermarket and Pingo Doce if you want to take a snack back to your room, to eat on your balcony.
Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Hotel is traditional, but has modern air con with a lift for all floors. The rooms are well kept and very clean, with a mini fridge and flat screen TV.
Thank you Monica and the Breakfast chef for a lovely stay."

"Excellent location. Beautiful large room. Super helpful staff. The fellow at the reception desk carried our luggage up the stairs to our room. When we told him we were headed to the beach, towels and a lovely parasol were provided. This was so appreciated!!
Would definitely come here again."

"The proprietor Rose was clueless about VRBO and stated the room we reserved was already occupied. Her spouse Gino was away for the night - and she didn’t know what to do. I suggested we needed a room for the night, if she would be kind enough to direct us somewhere.
We found a 3star hotel 2 blocks away luckily.
Next day Gino also tried to deny any knowledge of our booking. After showing him my reservation number and confirmation, as well as email correspondence we had exchanged earlier, he...

Pine Cliffs Hotel, a Luxury Collection Resort, Algarve
10/10 Excellent
"Resort grande y muy bien puesto con varios restaurantes de calidad e instalaciones deportivas. Preciosa vista al mar y los acantilados de esta costa que son maravillosos"
"What a wonderful stay! I had zero expectations and I rarely review hotels! This was a great experience! The hotel overall was amazing the room was spacious and comfortable! . Breakfast buffet had lots of variety. I would comeback in a heartbeat for a longer stay!"
"Beautiful hotel, pool immaculate and rooms lovely. Cleaned rooms every day and all staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was sumptuous, would highly
recommend this hotel if you
want a total relax. Sept was lovely time to go, high twenties and loads of sunbeds available."
"We felt like the reception staff were really polite and welcoming to the hotel. Gave us a pool facing room so it wasn’t as loud which was a good touch. The hotel room was actually really nice, bed was comfy, loads of plugs in convenient locations! Bathroom was very modern. Our only issue was the aircon was absolutely horrendous, that needs updating ASAP. We did then ask for a fan and got a few hours later which allowed us to actually fall asleep because the room was boiling. I think something is up with the door to open your balcony but didn’t bother us too much was just worried we’d end up breaking it cause you have to yank it, could do with being fixed! The pool area was really nice, was regularly cleaned for rubbish and had a nice vibe to it. The food and drinks were quite expensive at the pool bar but then again it is a hotel right on the strip so what can you expect. If the air con was better and prices were slightly cheaper I’d probably give it a 5 out of 5 star stay! Would definitely stay again. Definitely better than expected! Thank you for accommodating a lovely stay for our first time in Portugal!"
"After a very unsure booking process and rude interactions from office staff who seemd unprofessional. Finally after a few emails my booking was confirmed. It left me so distressed prior to my arrival.
Complex is amazing.
Beautiful snack bars and restaurants on site. Staff at restaurants were friendly and so helpful.
Old town quite far to walk in the heat but a short uber.
Pools excellent and kept very well. Pool zumba on a few times on days. Great fun.
We really enjoyed our stay but would prefer if it was closer to old town.
The complex itself is huge and a big walking distance.
Plenty to do and a very nice place with beautiful gardens. Rooms aren't great soundproofing though so we were kept up a lot until late on each of the nights. Strangley there are no staff walking about during the night to keep noise pollution down."
