  • Duplex, Reserved, and off-street parking available. 3 minutes walk from the local favorite Michael Thomas Coffee roastery for fresh java beans in the morning. 5 mins from the Kirtland AFB, 7 mins from the ABQ airport, 8 mins from the VA hospital, 5 mins from Nob Hill where all the local favorites restaurants and breweries are located. 8 mins from Presbyterian hospital, 10 mins from UNM, and 9 mins to UNMH. Close to 2 great and well-maintained neighborhood parks for a quick stroll to fresh your mind and body.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and quiet. The private drive and parking area was perfect and convenient. The beds were comfortable and the host was very responsive to our needs. There was also a nice private backyard area.

Perfect Spot

The place was nice. It was clean and the location was fantastic. There were some nice parks nearby for us to walk our dogs. The property is close to lots of great food and outdoors stuff. Rajat is quick to reply and is very courteous. We’ll be using his place again.
