I loved the place! Very spacious and roomy and the location was perfect. The owners added great touches to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Would definitely stay again.
Our stay here was very nice. Super clean and very pretty. It had everything we needed and many nice little touches, thank you! We would definitely stay again when in the area. Host was very responsive.
Pleasantly Surprised, always go into staying somewhere new with a we’ll see attitude but this place is nice. Real clean and plenty of room. Didn’t stay long but has good areas for getting a bite fairly easy. Overall we liked staying here.
We came into town for the balloon fiesta and had a wonderful stay with my service animal and our two smaller dogs. Place is adorable! Well stocked, easy to find, and so comfortable.
Mrs. Rodriguez was a great host! She was very responsive and accommodating when we needed to check in a day early and extend our stay two extra days. The unit was very clean and comfortable. There is a park just down the street that our dogs loved but there are some stray dogs in the area so just be aware of that if you are bringing your dogs to that park. Overall, our stay was great!
I was driving across country and just needed a place to crash. Great off street parking so I didn’t have to unload my full car and it was totally safe. The neighbor came to say hi and we chatted a bit. Super friendly and welcoming. Softest bed I’ve slept in. Easy in and out. Very lovely private outdoor space. Wish I’d had more time to spend there. Very convenient location with great stores and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.
We were greeted by a bottle of wine and grapes on a tray. Great hosts, very welcoming and responsive. The studio was immaculate and well decorated. Very homey and comfortable, with a private patio outside. They even include some exercise equipment. It was 100 degrees the day we arrived...the hosts had the AC running and the place was cool when we arrived. Check in was easy. Would stay here again any time!
Enjoyed our stay here overall. Ms. Rodriguez provided prompt, courteous communications during our stay. Found workarounds for no available sink in the kitchen area (only sink was in the bathroom) and no visible thermostat to adjust the indoor temperature. The decor and accommodations gave us sufficient space to make it our temporary home away from home. Appreciated having the food treats available to consume, especially with an early morning flight for a long journey. Would certainly stay here again if in the area. Thank you!
Well appointed, very clean, and private. Minutes away from the college and route 66 attractions. We stayed for one night while traveling across country just to get a break and recharge and this spot was perfect! Great shower and bathroom, comfortable bed and coffee in the morning it was just what we needed. Would be a great spot to visit the college or for transplants moving to the area in need of temporary housing. Check in and out was seamless. Linens and towels are soft and Norma provides quality amenities. It is much larger than the pictures seem.
Cheers!
The studio is absolutely perfect. We were in Albuquerque for a concert at the Isleta Amphitheater and the location of the property was within minutes of the venue. Norma has her studio decorated beautifully and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The checkin process was very easy and we were greeted with a small bottle of delicious wine. The studio was equipped with an air purifier and a treadmill for those wanting to get in a quick workout. Norma really thought of everything when putting her studio together. From the delicious coffee pods and to-go cups to the extra toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom, she made sure she had everything covered. I absolutely recommend this rental to anyone that is visiting the beautiful city of Albuquerque.
I was overwhelmed at how nice this studio was. Pulling up to the unit, my parking space was right outside the front door and access to the unit was simple. The outdoor patio is really cute, although I showed up late in the evening and was not able to use it. The entry to the unit takes you to the kitchenette, which is well appointed and modern. The adjoining hallway took me into the main living space, which was extremely clean. The bathroom was perfect as well and also very clean. I immediately noticed that the entire unit smelled really nice. It wasn't one of those air freshener smells masking a rental unit's age and use, it was the smell of a clean and well taken care of home. The location is also great as it is a really short drive to restaurants just north of the property. The studio was absolutely perfect for my overnight business trip and I will book it again if it is available when I am back in Albuquerque. Easily a 5-star VRBO rental.
Good for one night stay. Bed was comfortable. For a longer stay I would have been uncomfortable as there isn’t any where comfortable to sit other than a very, very tiny love seat. Disappointed that there was not a small sink in the kitchen. The only sink was in the bathroom. We were unable to wash our coffee mugs for the continuing trip. But for one night it worked out well.
In my opinion unsafe I would not encourage anyone to stay here.
We checked in around 9 PM and cut our stay short. Left as soon as we could get loaded early the next morning. In our opinion it is unsafe.
Pet's allowed but you have to walk your dog around to in front of house small grass area that is unsecured other dogs come and go and stool there.Unsafe, unsecure location that you have to walk your dog to.
No AC. There is a swamp cooler that blows straight down over the bed (have to crack a window for it to work). It is an unsafe neighborhood to have to keep a window partially open. If you have any lungs issues it is very dangerous for your lungs to breathe this type of air.
No kitchen sink. Utensils and containers have to be washed in the bathroom sink.
The tile in the bathroom is uneven causing you to trip.
I understand that VRBOs do not need to be ADA-compliant. Disabled veteran difficulty getting into the room the doorway is high and difficult to step up into.
Lift chair in room sluggish to work and wire shows. If you need to get out of the chair sometimes work sometimes did not making it difficult to get out of chair.
For our safety we opted to leave in < 12 hours. Active user of VRBO's and this is the worst experience ever.
