WARNING! DO NOT BOOK. The minute I arrived I had a bad feeling. I still went ahead and checked in thinking once inside all will be good. NOPE. As I walk to the room the hallways were all stained. The room we were given did not have a room number on the door I had to guess. Once inside it was a nightmare. The bed sheets had a big circular yellow stained that looked pee. I was not given the room I booked 2 Queen beds. To them the sofa bed was consider the 2nd queen. My son went to wash his hands, and the water handle came completely off. There was a carved cross inside the room door. We all felt so unsafe we did not last 10 minutes in the room. I checked out immediately. I was in line with 3 other families with the same issues who also checked out. One family said they had roaches in their room. In part I feel guilty for booking this room without reading the reviews. We were coming back from New Mexico and needed one night to relax and sleep before heading home. I had no idea I was booking a nightmare of a hotel. I lost my money and learned valuable lessons ALWAYS read the reviews!!! You will see this hotel has a ton of bad reviews. So please save yourself and do not book here.

If you can stay somewhere else choose that. Rooms were dirty, towels had hair on them. Mattress from the couch was dirty had no sheets and stains all over. The only door we could use was the front entrance although our room was towards the back. Pool is green and nasty. Staff is always away from the front desk so be prepared to wait, i had to wait over an hour for them to return my cash deposit although they told me I'd get it as soon as i checked I literally had to call 4 other people for them to finally get ahold of someone to come to the hotel to help me along with 3 other people. Will never return again

This property needs to be removed from every travel webpage. It nonlonger operates and is a rehab place. We had to scramble to find lodging last minute. There should be a legal case to get this scammer op closed down. No idea why they can still male a booking for something that is closed down.

No one there to check us in, left stranded

We never stayed there. When we arrived the doors were locked and there was no one to let us in even though we had a reservation. We waited half an hour, called multiple times and finally went to a different hotel.

Horrible service and everything was broken!

This hotel had so many things wrong with it, apart from the horrible service the room we were given wasnt the one we booked and we had to pay more money per night for a room similar to what we had already booked, we couldnt pay with card because their card reader didnt work, they didnt want to give us extra towels and decent room service, the pool was horrendously green, there was chemicals floating in the hot tub and after my kid got out of the hot tub his skin started icthing horribly, the coffee machine didnt work, the outlets didnt work, the wifi didnt work, the ironing table was broken, and the iron didnt work either. These are just some of the many horrible things that happened during our stay. I dont recommend this hotel in the slightest. If you need a hotel go literally anywhere else.

Slitet och smutsigt

Slitet och ganska ostädat. Solkiga dörrar, utslitna mattor, fläckar på rentvättade lakan, brännmärken på överkasten. Poolen hade grönt vatten så den vill man inte bada i. Det sitter lappar att de renoverar, ursäkta ev störningar pga detta, men de lapparna har nog suttit länge, de ser slitna ut. Frukosten var ok.

The property was extremely dirty. They charged a $100 damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting. When I checked in the front desk clerk said they do not accept credit cards only cash for the pet charge luckily I had $50 on me. The first room the front desk clerk gave me had blood stains on the bedspread. The second room she gave me looked like it hadn’t been clean because the floor was dirty. The hotel carpets were filthy dirty and stained. I do not recommend this hotel. 😡

Property needs major renovation

Very dirty room with under maintenance bathroom. Looked like it had water damage on the floor and wall. Shower faucet was dripping all night. Did not feel like to put my feet in the tub. I had to wear shoes while in the room, carpet was so old and dirty. There were 2 TVs in the unit, neither of them worked. Hall way carpet was stained and dirty. Random people from the street were joining the breakfast. Gentleman brought his dog for the breakfast table, did not see any service vest on the dog. Coffee was good.

Some of these pictures are either outdated or of another location. The room described is not what we got. The pullout couch was like sleeping on springs and there are burn holes in the blankets. The pool is green and smells horrible. The breakfast you see in the pictures is not what is offered. We thought, hey at least the breakfast looks good before we get back on the road, but there is no buffet. I would never stay here again.

Wouldn’t bother booking here.

Nobody answering phones when we arrived at the airport in order to get the shuttle transportation. Upon arriving in the taxi we payed for the Woman evening manager was incredibly rude. Threatened to kick us out/cancel our booking because we complained about lack of shuttle. In the morning, no one was at the front to get us the shuttle again, so we had to Uber back to the airport. Breakfast was not good either. Would not stay here again, would not ever recommend it to others.

If planning on staying here for Balloon fiesta? Don’t we booked rooms in Nov for Oct following year, told we called them directly and canceled . That NEVER happened since I booked with third party I would have called them first. The company I booked through did not have a cancelation on record from hotel or me. PRICE GOUGING
