About this property
Private, modern and close to town.
- The room is a private area beneath the main house with its own access. It consists of a bedroom, fully furnished en-suite and a kitchenette. Access to the guest room is via a keypad security box containing the key to the room.
The unit has a TV and complimentary internet availability. And USB points beside the bed! The en-suite uses under-tile heating and tumble dried towels for extra personal comfort. Car parking is on the street in front of the house. The room is non-smoking both inside and outside.
Pets are allowed with the normal owner responsibilities required.
