Alcanar: House "Mestral", 2 storeys, built in 2004. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of St.Carles de la Ràpita, 1.5 km from the sea. Private: property 451 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Mar. - 01.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. In the house: WiFi. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach 1.5 km pebble beach 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 3 km, tennis 100 m. Nearby attractions: Parque Natural del Delta del Ebro 11 km, Peñíscola 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The outdoor shower is warm and cold water.

All how discribed just air condition is needed
In general vila was very good and very comfortable. The pool is perfect. But in summer time it is impossible to have good quality sleep as it is hot. Also every morning barking dog of the neighbours and constructions from early morning except weekends. Manager very polite and nice but it is hard to communicate without english.

Séjour très agréable dans un quartier calme et près de la plage
Très jolie maison, conforme aux photos, très propre et fonctionnelle pour 9 personnes. Accueil et contact agréables avec la propriétaire. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.
