Casa del Palomar is a rural guesthouse located within the "Vereda Real" Estate & Spa (a former farmhouse that can accommodate 4 to 28 guests), built in the early 19th century using natural materials (stone walls and wooden beams), on a fenced-in 10-hectare estate planted with olive trees, pines, poplars, and fruit trees. Two families lived there: the farmer who worked the land and the gamekeeper who patrolled the surrounding grounds. Its residents worked in agriculture (grains in the winter and garden produce in the summer) and also raised animals (chickens, pigeons, pigs, bulls, horses, and lambs).
Casa del Palomar consists of two stories with three bedrooms (one double and two with double beds), a spacious living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms with showers (one on the first floor). Oil-fired heating and a wood-burning stove.
