“This place is TERRIBLE!
We arrived at 7 PM and our room still wasn’t ready. The front desk told us they were having issues with housekeeping and that the bed wasn’t made, but it would be “10 minutes.” Twenty minutes later, the room was finally done — and it was still NOT clean.
There was no shampoo, the room was dirty, and they do not clean your room during your stay. If you want fresh towels, you have to bring your dirty ones to the front desk, and they only give you one set of towels for……

“When we arrived at the hotel they informed us the elevator was broken and only had available rooms on the second and third floor. We took the second floor since we had our children with us and when we arrived to the room is was dirty and smelled like sewage so then we had to be moved to the third floor to a new room that was better but looked like it could use a good cleaning and some painting refreshes. Breakfast was okay and check out was smooth ”
