Alcoy Hotel with Pool

"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "So the owner passed away in November of 2024. He was a German married to a Filipina and she is locked out of the account on Expedia as she has no password. Needless to say, they property had no clue we booked the room, she has no way to collect the proceeds for the transaction. While I did stay there and paid her for the 4 days in cash, Expedia still has my money which I will inform them of the situation of paying twice to stay there, if they don't refund me, my bank will get it back for me....

"This place was shut down, went to check in and nobody was there but tall grass and trees. I end up looking for a place to stay last mins. Hotel next door said, they been scamming people. So please take this ads down so they can’t scam anymore."

"Room was clean and spacious. Be prepared for lots of steps but to a great Pool Dining area. Not a lot of guests when I was there which was suprising. Staff were great and wonderful in organizing transport and activities. Highly recommend especially if you want privacy and pool area to relax."
