Alcúdia und Pollenca sind mit dem Auto in 10 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar, aber man braucht definitiv ein Auto, fußläufig ist nichts zu erreichen. Folgende Dinge fänden wir schön, wenn da noch nachgebessert würde: das Eingangstor ließ sich nicht richtig verschließen, die Außendusche funktionierte nicht, es gab leider nirgendwo Stuhl- oder Liegenauflagen, Küchenausstattung könnte für den Preis noch etwas besser sein (Eierbecher, Eiswürfelnehälter etc), für die Spülmaschine fehlte Klarspüler und Salz (das kann doch nicht in der Verantwortung des Mieters liegen), es sollten zumindest vor den Fenstern der Schlafzimmer Fliegengitter angebracht werden, denn es gibt sooooo viele Mücken aufgrund der Lage im Feuchtgebiet.Besonders toll fanden wir den Grill, den großen Kühlschrank, den Safe, viele Kissen zum Schlafen, die Sauberkeit, die schnelle und nette Kommunikation+Mögl. der spontanen späteren Abreise

Weite Sicht in die Natur

Schönes Haus mit großer Terrasse und mit weitem Blick über die Felder. Toller Pool und Platz für Tischtennis etc. Es wurde einiges renoviert, bzw. ausgebessert in den letzten 2 Jahren (Fliesen im Pool, Poolliegen usw.) Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Fenster in dem Badezimmern lassen sich nicht richtig abschließen und sehen durch die Feuchtigkeit nicht mehr gut aus. Waschmaschine schleudert nicht gut.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Villa ist sehr schön und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir haben 2 kleine Kinder und wussten es zu schätzen, dass der Pool eingezäunt war und es Spielsachen, ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl für die Kinder gab. Sogar Geschirr war vorhanden für die Kleinen. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Terrasse und der weite Blick bis ins Gebirge sind ein Traum. Die Aufteilung der Villa hat uns gut gefallen und dass man so große Fenster zum Aufschieben hatte. Wir haben uns nach unseren Ausflügen immer auf „unsere“ Villa gefreut. Klare Empfehlung! Insgesamt könnte an der ein oder anderen Stelle mal neu gestrichen werden, die Türgriffe im Badezimmer waren locker, das Badezimmerfenster klemmte. Auch die Einfahrt war nicht super gepflegt, das verrostete Tor ließ sich nicht abschließen...Nur Kleinigkeiten, die uns aber nicht weiter störten.

Sehr ruhig gelegen, umfangreiche Ausstattung - sehr gut für Familien mit Kindergeschirr, Spielzeug etc, schöner Außenbereich, schöner Pool, angenehm kühl, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Die Finca ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen: Duschbad mit wackeligem Fenster- und Türgriff der abfiel Matratzen mit harten Spiralfedern in beiden kleinen Schlafzimmer, Sofa durchgesessen Küchenschränke riechen sehr chemisch und penetrant - hier wollten wir keine Lebensmittel verstauen Insgesamt macht die Finca einen guten Eindruck und wenn man ein wenig investieren würde, wären 5 Sterne vollkommen gerechtfertigt!

Mooie ligging, veel vrijheid tijd voor een upgrade

We hebben een prima tijd gehad , fijn zwembad, mooie veranda met super vergezicht op bergen. Binnen merk je aan alles dat er lang niet is geinvesteerd. Een diepvries die niet sluit, een airco die hapert een buitendouche die niet werkt. Kortom een super plaats , maar zeker gezien de prijs wel toe aan een upgrade.
