Villa Soler de Baix is a charming and bright property, ideal for enjoying a family vacation in a natural and quiet environment. With three comfortable rooms equipped with air conditioning, a private pool and surrounded by unspoiled nature, this villa offers the perfect retreat for those looking to relax under the sun. Its location is excellent, close to Pollensa and the beautiful sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa.
The villa stands out for its large outdoor areas, with well-kept gardens, lawns and terraces, which invite you to enjoy the outdoors. The interior has been carefully decorated to create a bright and welcoming environment, with open spaces that provide a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The villa is built on one floor, making it easy to access. It is accessed through elegant iron doors, flanked by a road adorned with oleanders.
Inside, there is a spacious living-dining room with large sliding doors that offer panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas and cushions, and the teak dining table is perfect for enjoying a family meal. Next to the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with access to a covered terrace, which has a teak table and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals outside, together with a separate barbecue.
To the left of the entrance, a corridor with built-in wardrobes gives way to two double bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes, a guest toilet and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
For the safety of the little ones, the pool is completely enclosed.
The villa also offers free air conditioning in the following time slots: from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 h.

Mooie ligging, veel vrijheid tijd voor een upgrade

We hebben een prima tijd gehad , fijn zwembad, mooie veranda met super vergezicht op bergen. Binnen merk je aan alles dat er lang niet is geinvesteerd. Een diepvries die niet sluit, een airco die hapert een buitendouche die niet werkt. Kortom een super plaats , maar zeker gezien de prijs wel toe aan een upgrade.
