“洒店的問題是那條又窄又長又高的樓梯，我們要拿住兩個25kg的行李箱爬上和下來4樓;第二，是房間內沒有空調，而且窗口基本上不能打開，夏天时室將超過30度，建議加上電風扇；第三，房間內沒有洗衣機，而附件也沒有洗衣店，建議在公共地方加上這項設備，會方便很多！
其 他的就不錯，地方清潔，交通方便，附近有歺厅和超市，房間也很大，但我想我下次不會再來這間酒店了。”

“We hebben hier maar één nacht verbleven vanwege een feest dichtbij, zo jammer want het hotel overtrof onze verwachtingen. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en behulpzaamheid laat op de avond. Het appartement was fantastisch. Sfeervol, smaakvollle inrichting, geruisloze airconditioning, ruim, zeer schoon en netjes. Van alle gemakken voorzien. “A great spot! Close to the metro and super easy to get to Central station. Near many restaurants and grocery stores. The houseboat is very comfortable and clean, the beds are very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The best part, each morning two Coots (black and white ducks) would come to the window asking for some breakfast, so we shared a croissant. We really enjoyed the stay! Thank you!! ”

有天回家發現大樓門口有一組客人，他們顯然並不知道需要先線上繳城市稅（我也是入住當天詢問已完成線上CheckIn但為什麼還沒給密碼鎖，對方才給我連結）提醒要來的旅客要時刻注意自己的信箱。”

"酒店鄰近地鐵站，步行距離3分鐘，非常方便。可以用帶有paywave功能的信用卡，直接拍卡入閘及出閘。票也不用買便可憑信用卡入閘，由此站出發往central station大概 EUR 2.1，當然可以選擇其他類型的票，例如日票。
4個站便到central station，大概15分鐘以內。出車箱後，從電梯往地面層，可直接步行往 eurostar 及火車的入閘口，大概一分鐘，交通非常方便。
比較其他鄰近Central station的酒店，這間酒店非常新。但內部設計風格，可能並非每個人都能接受。 房間大小合理，我住的房型有長走廊，比較浪費位置，但可在這裏放行李箱。枕頭床鋪非常舒服，房間內有茶包和咖啡膠囊沖機，也有瓶裝水。房內燈光不是燈火通明那種，但也不算太昏暗。
掛衫櫃比較細。浴室非常寬敞，但可惜掛毛巾衣服的地方不多，只有兩個細小的勾，有點浪費，想掛毛巾也很困難。另外，淋浴間沒有浴簾和浴屏，水會四圍淺，建議酒店要加裝，免得弄至整個浴室地下都是水。
早餐質素非常高，有點貴，但推薦。有鮮榨橙汁機。火腿、芝士等冷盤非常新鮮。乳酪也很新鮮美味。Waffle 好吃，有很多醬料提供。也可以自製三文治。但如果喜歡吃粥粉麵飯，便未必適合。
酒店位於24樓的餐廳，值得一試，雖然有點貴，但質素極高，有驚喜。我們叫了個羊架和阿根廷steak，烹調得剛剛好，甜品也很出色。建議如有興趣，要先預訂。 check in 的時候會有一張8折卡，可於住宿期間使用一次。
酒店員工服務態度值得一讚，積極有活力，他們沒有因為亞洲人面孔而冷待。有一天，因為有day trip，需要很早出發，餐廳職員非常幫忙，給我們外帶一點東西和飲品.
