“The property including bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen etc, are beautiful and really great. The location could not be better for all of the wineries on Dry Creek and Westside road. Was perfect to go to our wineries for wine pickups and to explore new ones as well without the worries of a long drive home after enjoying ourselves.Pool is not heated so don't expect to be able to use by late fall.We unfortunately encountered the following issues:As we stayed shortly after the early rains of the……

“My family & I stayed over Thanksgiving and had an incredible stay! We loved the amenities like the hot tub, on-site gym, & gas fire pit. The house was exceptionally well-stocked and had high end appliances like a Viking grill:) Host was extremely responsive with the one question we had. This was our second stay with this vacation rental company, and will certainly not be our last!!”

“The location is great for enjoying downtown Healdsburg. The house is charming. However, the stairs going to the second bedroom is narrow and the two bathrooms are downstairs. Maybe just fine for children upstairs. Luckily, it was just my spouse and I with our dog so we didn't use the upstairs at all. The back patio is nice with the spa and gas fire pit. It would be nice for the space to have a table and chairs for eating and an umbrella for shade.It was nice to have a garage to park are car……

“We absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean, quiet, private, and incredibly convenient. We were especially grateful that the hosts allowed our three dogs, which made this trip extra special. We spent a few days enjoying Calistoga and Napa before taking our sweet pup to UC Davis, and this was the perfect place for us. As empty nesters, we love traveling with our three dogs and hope to stay here again someday!”

“The house is nice. Very close to the road which wasn’t represented in the picture when booking. Hot tub stopped working on Sat, one of two amenities, outside on the property. Need new towels. Many with rips and holes. Cindy & Victor are very nice folks. Enjoyed our conversations with them when they stopped by a couple times.”

“Clean & comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, restaurants, and airport. Stairwell and master bath need some touch up paint. Overall ok but showed some wear & tear. Pet friendly backyard a big plus, had plenty of outdoor seating variety, but a pretty big gap at the bottom of the gate in the fence had to be blocked to keep my Cavalier King Charles from scooting under. “This bungalow was well appointed with kitchen wares, including herbs, spices, oils, vinegars, cookware and dishes. The living space was well arranged with two separate bedrooms and a living room space. The outdoor area was spacious and we were sad that we didn't get to use it as we were out and about doing things in the area-and it was more chilly than we had expected. Everything was true to the pictures and it felt as if we were alone in the forest, even though it is located in a little……
